You must be a legal resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when placing bets or accessing qqalfa Services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of qqalfa complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.
qqalfa does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. If you access qqalfa from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk, and qqalfa disclaims all liability for any resulting legal consequences.

To use qqalfa Services, you must register a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false or misleading information during registration.
Each User is permitted one Account only. Multiple Accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited. If qqalfa detects duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be closed immediately, and any funds, including winnings, may be forfeited. Bonuses claimed across multiple Accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed your responsibility, and you agree to indemnify qqalfa for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

qqalfa is required by law and licensing standards to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification documents (e.g., Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement) upon request.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe (typically 72 hours) may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions. qqalfa reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to ensure compliance and prevent fraud.
qqalfa accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds. However, processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider. qqalfa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
There are no deposit fees charged by qqalfa. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own fees, which are beyond qqalfa's control.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. You may view your specific limits in your Account dashboard or by contacting support.
All transactions on qqalfa are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are not supported.
You may request a withdrawal at any time, provided your Account has completed KYC verification and you have met all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB) and within 24 hours outside of business hours.
Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, and the account must be in your own legal name. qqalfa reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to new or unverified accounts.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier and are displayed in your Account dashboard. qqalfa does not charge withdrawal fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges.

Bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are provided at qqalfa's sole discretion and are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined on the promotion page. Not all Users are eligible for all promotions. qqalfa reserves the right to exclude Users from promotions based on betting history, payment method, or jurisdiction.
All Bonuses carry wagering requirements, typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×, 40×). The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before Bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. For example, a Rp 500,000 Bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 10,000,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook may contribute less. The exact contribution percentages are detailed in each Bonus's terms.
While an active Bonus is in your Account, you must not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 (or the equivalent maximum bet specified in the Bonus terms). Bets exceeding this limit will be voided, and associated winnings will be forfeited.

You may cancel an active Bonus at any time from your Account dashboard. Upon cancellation, the Bonus balance and any winnings generated from the Bonus will be removed from your Account. Only your original deposit balance will remain.
A bet is considered valid and binding only when it is confirmed by qqalfa's system and a confirmation message is displayed in your Account. qqalfa reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion, particularly from Users suspected of arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, or exploiting system errors.
All bets are settled based on official results provided by qqalfa's data providers and game studios. In the event of a dispute, qqalfa's decision is final. Bets will be voided and stakes refunded if:
Odds displayed on qqalfa are subject to change in real time, particularly for live in-play betting markets. The odds at the time of bet confirmation (not the time of bet placement) are the odds that apply to your bet.

All content on the qqalfa platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the property of qqalfa or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from qqalfa without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in Account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qqalfa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use qqalfa Services, including but not limited to:
qqalfa's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
qqalfa shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, internet service disruptions, cyberattacks, or technical failures of third-party providers.

If you remain dissatisfied after qqalfa's internal review, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service designated by qqalfa's licensing authority. qqalfa's decision on any dispute is final and binding unless overturned by the licensing authority's dispute resolution body.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which qqalfa is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of qqalfa Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
For Indonesian residents, local consumer protection laws may apply to the extent they do not conflict with qqalfa's international licensing obligations.
qqalfa reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on the qqalfa website with the effective date clearly indicated. Your continued use of qqalfa Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of qqalfa Services and close your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions, together with qqalfa's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific Bonus or promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and qqalfa regarding your use of the platform.
